Looking for a class that energizes your mind and body, but also provides time to restore and replenish? This class is meant to provide a yin and yang balance within your yoga practice. You will begin with a gentle focus and slow movement, move into an all-levels vinyasa flow, and then return to a restorative sealing of the practice. This is a wonderful way to reset the mind and body, heal and stretch while inspiring good energy. You will leave this class feeling renewed and relaxed, but also energized and centered. Good for all levels. This class is not hot.
